I spoke with two clients today, who, during the course of our coaching calls said to me, “Nora, I’ll try.” Every time I hear those words, I think of Yoda and one of my favorite quotes. It’s from Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. Whenever you are making changes in your life, you can’t try to make the change. You’ve got to do it. Or in the words of the Jedi master: “No! Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.”Stop trying. Start doing.
